Install Realert from its official Google Play listing.
Open the app and follow its setup instructions to enable notification access in Android Settings.
Select the supported messaging apps you want to use. Send a test notification to check that it appears.
Understand the limits
Only notifications received after setup can be saved. Realert cannot recover messages deleted before it was installed and enabled.
Muted conversations, hidden previews, and chats open on screen may not provide a readable notification.
Media availability depends on downloads, Android permissions, the messaging app, and the Realert version. Capture is not guaranteed.
If notifications are missing
Check notification access, enable message previews where appropriate, and review battery restrictions for Realert. Settings differ between Android manufacturers.
Test with a new message after changing settings. Previously missed notifications cannot be recreated.
